The New Haven Fire Birds are proud to announce 2 scholarship applications.
As the community is growing and young leaders are striving to position themselves to one day be our leaders the Firebirds Society of Greater New Haven, Inc. have released 2 scholarship applications. The first one is our annual SUCCESS Scholarship for New Haven high school seniors and the new George Sweeney Foundation Scholarship for New Haven high school seniors and college freshman. Prerequisite for both are must be a senior in high school with college acceptance letter (or freshman in college with a current academic schedule; for the George Sweeney Scholarship), at least a 2.5 GPA, graduated/graduating from a New Haven high school, and be a New Haven Resident.
